I went to look at 2021 Maxima listed on Carfax for $19800. I drove it and asked for pricing. They showed me $24998 for the car. Made no concessions and said it was Carfax sites fault. Dawn went mgr. Joseph about it. He said they couldn’t sell it for the Carfax pricing. It is still on the site at $19800. I think it is bait and switch.

My 22 car was riding smoothly. I went there to have the oil changed and tire rotation and balancing . Upon leaving my car was vibrating back and front. What did they do to my car? These were my thoughts. I took my car elsewhere and I was told I needed an alignment and the tires needed balancing. I had paid them for balancing . My car was sabotaged. They messed it up. Do not go there for services.

Took my FX in for service. The repairs were started immediately, I was given a nice new rental vehicle to drive during my repairs.. Once I got my vehicle back, everything has been good.

I take my ‘12 Nissan Maxima for service. The staff are super friendly and prompt. They are very thorough with service performed and needed. I leave with a clean car. 🙂 The only thing that I would say is that my maintenance isn’t reset on the radio, but that isn’t a deal breaker.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. This dealership messed my car up and took $1100 from me.
While visiting Augusta, I went to the dealership for oil change in September. After the oil change my car started to make a weird noise. On a second visit to Augusta, I (reluctantly) stopped by to get the noise checked. I said reluctantly because I found their oil change expensive at $100 while the same INFINITI dealerships in Virginia would change my oil for $50.

I purchased a 2021 QX50 with only 12 miles the end of December, and the second day having the vehicle I noticed that the screens would shut off every 4 minutes. Imagine driving at night, and both screens shuts off and reboots with a super bright light flashing in your eyes every 4 minutes. Over the last 3 weeks, I have attempted to schedule a service appt. [tire rotation & balancing) for my 2016 QX60 on three different occasions. When speaking with Napleton's call center during each call, I was told that a service advisor would be calling me back to provide a cost estimate and time of appt. I have yet to receive a call back from anyone in Napleton's service group after each of the calls.
This is terrible customer service and not the first time I've experienced poor customer service over the 2 years I've owned the vehicle.

I bought my used qx80 here and the service was good. Fast forward 40 days and they say I need new tires and quote me upwards of $800. I wasnt having it with the new used truck so the service manager replaced them for free since I just bought the truck. Overpriced used cars with ZERO attention to safety prior to selling! They sell auction quality cars as Excellent condition and pitch as though cars are thoroughly run through for service.
